The olive tree is a mythical tree in Tunisia and each Tinja piece that utilises this timber is inspired by the twisting movements of the branches and the natural markings in the timber. The millions of olive trees that exist in Tunisia today get pruned each year. By using this excess olive wood Tinja is contributing to the recycling and revaluation of the material.
