We use a variety of couriers to ensure your pieces get to you safely, however please note the above dates are a guideline from our shipping partners. We recommend placing orders as early as possible to avoid shipping delays prior to Christmas. Please contact hello@clostudios.com.au if you have any questions regarding pre-Christmas delivery of your order.

All small items and soft furnishings will be sent using TNT or Australia Post standard shipping, unless express shipping is selected at checkout.  

Large orders and furniture items, including large pots, will be shipped on Thursdays using a specialised furniture courier.

Please allow up to 10 working days for processing and dispatch. All orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday will be sent the following week.  

Delivery may take up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note this is subject to change and dependent on the courier's availability and delivery location.

For all prints, please allow up to 5 days for printing, plus additional standard shipping time.

For framed prints, please allow 2-3 weeks for printing and framing, plus additional standard shipping time.

Extra large prints and original artwork will be shipped with a reputable art courier due to the fragile nature of such pieces. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing and dispatch. Delivery may take up to 10 working days from date of dispatch. Please note this is subject to change and dependant on the couriers availability and delivery location.

Processing online orders for in-store pick-up can take 1-4 working days.

We will contact you via phone or email provided when your order has been processed and transferred to our Boutique for collection.

Please note, all furniture items will be collected from our Warehouse and address will be provided upon confirmation.

CLO Studios’ offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $5,000 Australia wide excluding TAS and NT. For delivery to TAS and NT, please contact online@clostudios.com.au for a shipping quote.

Order total, after discount codes have been applied and excluding freight, must be over $5,000 to qualify for free shipping.

The offer is valid on standard domestic shipping within Australia to the nominated states and does not include express shipping.

Orders must be shipped as one delivery to qualify for free shipping.

CLO Studios offers a range of flat rate shipping to the below countries for orders up to 4kg. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.  

NZ – $60 
Asia Pacific & China – $80 
USA, Canada, EU & UK – $100 

For large orders, furniture, fragile items and large homewares including mirrors, pots and lighting, please contact online@clostudios.com.au with your delivery address for a shipping quote.

Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch of your item. Once dispatched, tracking will be provided directly to the customer. Generally, orders will be received between 7 to 15 working days from date of dispatch, although certain destinations may take longer. 

International orders are shipped via AusPost or DHL Express. Shipping times are dependent on courier availability and are subject to change. If you require delivery within a certain time frame, please contact us prior to ordering at online@clostudios.com.au.  

Freight price does not include additional duties and taxes. The recipient of the item is responsible for any duties and taxes levied by the destination country. CLO Studios is not responsible for any additional duties and taxes.

For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from Australia. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

Items shipped internationally are not insured against loss or damage unless stated otherwise. Once your order is dispatched, it will be viewed by the courier company as your property. Any missing items or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser.
