We have a no refund policy for incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind on Furniture, Art, Beauty, Homewares, Jewellery, Lighting, Rugs, Accessories, and Soft furnishings, unless damaged or faulty.
Refunds will not be issued for items due to shipping delays. Please ensure orders are placed in advance to allow for unexpected shipping delays. If your item does not reach you in time, a credit note can be applied to your account. Additional return shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer.

Shipping for both returns and exchange is at the expense of the customer. The customer must arrange their own return shipping. CLO Studios can advise couriers for shipping of fragile and large items including furniture but are not responsible for the items.
Returned item/s must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging intact. CLO Studios will not accept your exchange if we consider the item/s used.
We do not hold items for exchange. If the item you were hoping to exchange for is no longer available at the time of processing, a credit note will be issued.
There will be NO exchange or refund on Artwork. There will be NO exchange or refund on special or custom orders.
Please choose wisely as we do not accept returns or exchange on special orders and custom items. We consider special orders and custom items any items that have been ordered from a supplier or made-to-order. This includes custom upholstery and window treatments.
All items are quality controlled by our team before dispatch, however, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the item with your order number and photographic evidence of the fault (packaging and item), along with a brief description. CLO Studios may request further information or images for assessment.
We pride ourselves on sourcing unique global pieces that can be of antique origin, some pieces are not perfect and will have individual characteristics that are not considered a fault.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
The CLO Capsule comprises a curation of European antiques and vintage treasures. We have carefully preserved these precious pieces from the past so small marks or vintage wear is to be expected. This is not considered to be damaged or a fault of the item and no refund will be issued.

Credit notes and Gift Cards are valid for three years from issue date, and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use online or in-store at a CLO Boutique.
Unfortunately, CLO Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. We can not refund or reissue a gift card if it is lost or stolen, however, we can provide you with your original code if proof of purchase can be shown.
If you have purchased an item using a credit note or gift card, you will be issued a new credit note as a return. Gift Cards are not eligible for cash return.
CLO Studios standard refund policies apply to pre-order items. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or shipping delays. We may provide an exchange or credit note prior to your pre-order arrival, subject to discretion.
CLO Studios ETA is estimated to the best of our ability. Delays in the delivery of pre-orders do not constitute a breach of contract. CLO Studios does not offer cancellations or refunds solely due to delays in the estimated time of delivery (ETA).
Circumstances beyond our control may lead to delays in the delivery of your pre-order. These circumstances can include, but are not limited to, changes in shipping schedules, carrier delays, natural disasters and raw material shortages.
