REFUND POLICY We have a no refund policy for incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind on Furniture, Art, Beauty, Homewares, Jewellery, Lighting, Rugs, Accessories, and Soft furnishings, unless damaged or faulty.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES We want you to be happy with your item and offer a credit note or exchange for incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind.
If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item at online@clostudios.com.au. For all in-store purchases please call our Boutique on 07 5455 3310.
Shipping for both returns and exchange is at the expense of the customer. The customer must arrange their own return shipping. CLO Studios can advise couriers for shipping of fragile and large items including furniture but are not responsible for the items.
Returned item/s must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging intact. CLO Studios will not accept your exchange if we consider the item/s used.
We do not hold items for exchange. If the item you were hoping to exchange for is no longer available at the time of processing, a credit note will be issued.
There will be NO exchange or refund on Artwork. There will be NO exchange or refund on special or custom orders.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS Please choose wisely as we do not accept returns or exchange on special orders and custom items. We consider special orders and custom items any items that have been ordered from a supplier or made-to-order. This includes custom upholstery and window treatments.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS All items are quality controlled by our team before dispatch, however, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify contact us at online@clostudios.com.au within 72 hours of receiving the item with your order number and photographic evidence of the fault (packaging and item), along with a brief description. CLO Studios may request further information or images for assessment.
We pride ourselves on sourcing unique global pieces that can be of antique origin, some pieces are not perfect and will have individual characteristics that are not considered a fault.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
ANTIQUE & VINTAGE ITEMS The CLO Capsule comprises a curation of European antiques and vintage treasures. We have carefully preserved these precious pieces from the past so small marks or vintage wear is to be expected. This is not considered to be damaged or a fault of the item and no refund will be issued.
SALE ITEMS All sale items are final sale, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is deemed incorrect or faulty. There is no additional discount for Trade clients on sale items.
SPECIAL SALE & DISCOUNT PERIODS Sale offer is valid for the period of the sale only. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion including trade discount. Special sale offers are not valid on pre-orders or special order items unless specified. Sale offers are valid for online purchases only and excludes purchases made in our Boutique unless specified otherwise.
Please allow an additional 1-2 days for our team to process your order during special sale periods. Normal shipping timeframes apply. Orders will be dispatched in order of time and date placed. Change of mind purchases can be returned for either a credit note or exchange.
CREDIT NOTES & GIFT CARDS Credit notes and Gift Cards are valid for three years from issue date, and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use online or in-store at a CLO Boutique. If you have purchased an item using a credit note or gift card, you will be issued a new credit note as a return. Gift Cards are not eligible for cash return.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be checked and processed by our team. You will receive an email from our team once your return has been processed.

For international returns, shipping is at the expense of the customer and customers should use a courier of their choice. We recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as CLO Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through CLO Studios.
