Although all Maison Balzac bamboo pieces are dishwasher safe, we recommend a gentle handwash in warm soapy water as this is a precious platter! Do not place in the oven or microwave. Do not use for food products that contain dark or rich pigments. Take care not to bump the platter against hard surfaces or other vessels during use or cleaning. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
