In 1998 he opened his own design firm in New York City's NoHo neighbourhood. Among Redd's impressive list of projects include countless New York apartments, a Miami Beach condominium, a Wyoming ranch, a stately Atlanta mansion, and a farmhouse in the South of France. His work has been featured in New York Magazine, Vogue, House Beautiful, Elle Decor, House and Garden, W, and Country Life. In 2003, Redd was named creative director at Oscar da la Renta Home.
